Comprising a five-tier stacking food box and a sake cask in the form of a Shojo holding a large sake bottle, all designed in gold, silver, red and black lacquer with nashiji, the octagonal stacking box decorated with a pair of cranes on the cover and each tier decorated on the sides with sea shells, flowering grasses, geometric bands, pines in mist, and fishing nets and crashing waves; the Shojo sake cask set on a second octagonal sake cask decorated with a wood-grain pattern and cherry blossoms below an octagonal food tray lacquered with fans and flowering vines and a small sake cup with bush clover; the carrying case decorated with an owl on a fence with paulownia vines and flowers and smaller birds flying overhead; red interiors and fundame edges; gilt-metal hardware
