A blue and white deep dish and a 'klapmuts' bowl
the first Xuande six character mark, Kangxi
The dish painted to the centre with figures and a horse awaiting a carriage, below the well with moulded petal panels enclosing each a flower stem and Symbol, the rim encircled by shaped cartouches enclosing peach reserved on a geometrical ground, repeated to the reverse, 26.4 cm. diam.; and a 'klapmuts' bowl painted to the centre with a river landscape, repeated to the spirally moulded panels divided by peony stems, 22 cm. diam., rim cracks and chips (2)
