The bowl of irregular outline well carved as a section of bamboo with the leaves of the branch that forms the handle spreading on one side, the cover of conforming outline carved and pierced with graceful bamboo leaves, the well-polished semi-translucent stone of pale greenish-white color with areas of brown and russet mottling
