JIAJING SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE SQUARE AND OF THE PERIOD (1522-1566)
The sides decorated with iron-red dragons grasping a chrysanthemum stem in one claw amidst small green tri-lobed leaves, between a band of petal lappets below and chrysanthemum scroll on the canted shoulder, the short neck with a band of leaf tips, all in iron red and green glaze, the chrysanthemum blossoms with yellow-glazed centers
