A FINE EARLY ENGRAVING AFTER NORTHCOTE'S DRAMATIC COMPOSITION - A HIGHLIGHT IN THE ARTIST'S ANIMAL PAINTINGS. 'Tiger Hunting' had been commissioned by Thomas Lister Parker and exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1804. The engraver William T Annis (fl. late 18th- early 19th-century) worked on Turner's Liber Studiorum (London 1812).
