                                            AN EGYPTIAN PAIR OF GESSO-PAINTED FUNERARY SANDALLED FEET 
LATE PERIOD-PTOLEMAIC, CIRCA 4TH-1ST CENTURY B.C.
Painted in blue and yellow, 9 in. (22.9 cm.) long; a woven reed single sandal sole, 11 in. (28 cm.) long; a wooden comb, 3½ in. (9 cm.) long; a bronze crown fragment comprising a horn, feather and uraeus with sun-disc, 3 1/8 in. (8 cm.) high; and three Coptic textile fragments, 4 in. (10 cm.) long max., all Graeco-Roman to Coptic Period, circa 2nd Century B.C.-5th Century A.D., all framed and glazed (7)
