STAMPED 'N. LAPIE' AND 'JME', LATE 18TH CENTURY
The rectangular faux-panelled top above three drawers, the frieze drawer fitted with a leather-lined writing surface and compartments for writing implements, on tapering square legs joined by a square undertier and sabots, stamped to drawer lining, inlay to legs possibly of a later date
