A well engineered 3½in. gauge model of the L.M.S. Fowler Class 4F 0-60-0 locomotive and tender no.4257,
built by C.W. Booth, the brazed superheated copper boiler stamped B.E. by Bishop-Ellis with fittings including water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, injector, whistle, clack and blowdown valves. Chassis details include twin inside cylinders with Joy valve gear, mechanical lubricator, eccentric driven feed pump and bypass, injector, whistle, and brake and sanding gear, steps and hand irons. Tender details include hand feed pump and hand irons, finished in black -- 26.7 x 104cm. (10½ x 41in.) Display track, drawings, boiler certificate dated July 1980
