18th Century
With robust triangular blade of flatttened diamond section cut with a ribbed chevron pattern within the triangular fuller on each face, russet iron hilt of rectangular bars damascened with gold close-set chevron patterns over most of its surface, the remainder damascened with Sanscrit and with two images of Krishna, the grips en suite, and in later scabbard (the damascening with small patches of wear)
