The cylindrical pipe in four parts, with red guilloche ground, and painted with blue and white oval medallions centering birds and butterflies, with gold paillon border, with silver-gilt pierced cagework and turquoise beaded bands at intervals, the amber mouthpiece with enamel band of butterflies, with two pipe attachments, apparently unmarked
