A Pesaro maiolica armorial jug
1810-1816, CC MARKS PROBABLY FOR CASALI E CALLEGARI WORKSHOP
Of single-handled globular form, decorated in yellow, ochre, blue and dark manganese-red, depicting to the front a bicephalous eagle with a stylised coat-of-arms, the pedestal base enhanced with rings, the flaring rim forming a spout and enhanced en suite (hairline cracks)
