CIRCA 1500-1510, PROBABLY CAFAGGIOLO OR MONTELUPO, WITH INCISED IM TO THE UNDERSIDE, PROBABLY WORKSHOP INITIAL
The centre decorated with a chequered pattern in blue and iron-red, outlined in blue, surrounded by concentric rings in blue and yellow, the border with stylized pine cones or palmette persiane between arabesques, the rim enhanced in blue, the reverse with yellowish white glaze, incised M to the foot (border pierced with two openings)
25.5 cm. diam.
