CIRCA 1760, PARTIAL INTERLACED LS TO ONE FOOT, BLUE H TO ANOTHER, THE THIRD INCISED ND. AND WITH PAINTER'S MARK FOR TAILLANDIER
Painted with pendant swags of flowers suspended from a pink and a red bow, an insect to the lower part, below a gilt-dash blue line and gilt-dentil rim, the branch-moulded feet and handles enriched in blue and gilding and issuing flowers (two very small chips to a moulded leaf and stem, two small patches of wear to gilt rim and very light rubbing to the relief)
