A SMALL CLOISONNE ENAMEL CENSER, FANGDING
QIANLONG INCISED SIX-CHARACTER MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)

Of rectangular section, cast with flanges at the corners and along the centre of each facet, dividing cloisonne enamel taotie masks on each of the four sides, the mouth rim set with a pair of upright loop handles, all raised on four legs decorated with masks and ruyi borders, the base with turquoise enamel and centred with a gilt panel incised with the reign mark and the numeral 'five'
