The solid cast hoop flat on the interior, angled on the exterior, the outer edges of the lower portion of the hoop with a raised molding of scrolls expanding to openwork volutes, the triangular shoulders each decorated with a pierced-work vine leaf and tendrils, the outer edges of the oval bezel framed by pairs of volutes, set with a bevelled oval eye agate
