Sculpted in sunk relief with a female offering bearer facing right, wearing a full wig, holding a palm frond and a lotus blossom in her raised hands, the arm of a second figure preserved to the left, a register line above, with extensive traces of ancient gesso and pigment throughout, including red for flesh tones and blue for the lotus
