Charlotte Perriand furnished Henri Prouvé's architect office in Nancy. The table was part of the furniture. A letter from Bernard Prouvé will be sold with the table, confirming that it belonged to his father Henri and was part of his architect office furniture till the end of 1979, before being kept in the family
