Tasting note: ...extraordinary nose, toasted mocha; sweet, full, rich, lovely Cabernet flavour and end taste. Indeed I gave it my top mark at the MW tasting in November 2000. Rich extract; a ripe, wonderfully fragrant, 'manifold' nose. Lovely. The following spring, 'mocha' noted again, sweet, chunky, a touch of tannic bitterness. But a fine wine. (*****) 2012-2030.
