A dingyao-type white glazed bowl, 12th/13th Century
with shallow rounded sides rising from a flared foot, the interior delicately moulded in shallow relief with six deer, each in different attitude, above a band of breaking waves, covered in a opaque white glaze -- 4 1/8 in. (10.5 cm.) diam.
