An early British teddy bear
with light golden mohair, clear and black glass eyes with brown painted backs, pronounced muzzle, replaced black stitched nose and mouth, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with cloth pads, remains of claw stitching and hump --20in. (51cm.) high (balding to face, back head, sides and tips of limbs, general wear, repair to muzzle and ankle); and wearing a leather harness with a small pin-jointed British teddy bear, circa 1914 --6in. (15cm.) high (very bald and neck repaired) (2)
