Maker's mark WCH in rectangle, townmark an eagle above number 13, circa 1800
Each on circular stepped base with acanthus rim rising to a tapering cylindrical centre applied with various applied Roman figures, fluted column-shaped stem, with acanthus bands, the detachable mid-part with three double scroll and acanthus arms with partly gadrooned drip-pan, socket and nozzle, the central light with male figure, marked on base
