Mark of Frederik Manicus, Amsterdam, 1778
Urn-shaped, on circular stepped base with beaded rim above, mid-band of flowerheads within a band of ovals against matted ground with beaded band above, wood scroll handle, the neck engraved with crowned double coat-of-arms, helmet-shaped spout with corded rim and fluted hinged cover, cone finial, marked on base
27.8 cm. high
gross 684 gr.
The arms are those of Lynden and Boelens
