Circular and on a fluted pedestal base, the lower part of the body with further fluting, with two plain and foliage handles, the detachable cover with cast foliage and reed handle with lion's mask and paw terminals, the body engraved with the Royal arms, the cover engraved with the Royal crest within garter motto, with later metal liner with loop handles, marked on side, inside cover and on finial

The Royal arms are those of King George IV (r.1820-1830).
