Woodcut devices on title and last page (lacks the 6th leaf blank and 6 leaves between NN & OO, title repaired at margins with no loss, some waterstaining). Contemporary blindstamped calf over wooden boards (rebacked and extensively repaired). Provenance: Abraham Brown, Christ Church (early 17th-century signature on title) - several marginalia in a late 17th-century English hand - presentation inscription on \Ka\kr 'Ex Dono Josephi Smith ... de Lullington comitu Derbiae martij 20 1709/10'.
