Probably Princess Elizabeth of Wied (1843-1916) who in 1869 married Prince Charles Hohenzollern who became first King of Romania.

Part of the fan box label is stuck to the Perspex case: 'Eventaillist, Avenue de l'Opera.' Faucon was at 38 Avenue de l'Opera in 1895 and Goosens at no. 32 at about that time.
