Mark of Koch & Bergfeld, Bremen, dated 1918, also struck 800, with retailer's mark D.H.DIEKEN and numbered R42026
Oval, on four claw feet, partly gadrooned body with two angular handles and laurel band border, with inside gilding and engraved with date 30 August 1918 and an oval triple band of German family names, marked on lower rim
50 cm. wide
