CIRCA 1740, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK
Both sides gilt and painted in purple-red in the manner of Adam Friedrich von Löwenfinck with a mythical animal flanked by Indianische Blumen and insects, the animal spout moulded with a bearded grotesque male mascaroon, with double-C scroll handle, the domed cover en suite with acorn finial (lower extremity to the handle, extremity to the spout and the internal border of the cover restored)
