CIRCA 1820, UNDERGLAZE BLUE SCEPTRE MARK
The body finely painted with a riverscape depicting a pastoral scene to the foreground and a distant view of Potsdam to the background, within a gilt rectangular cartouche inscribed underneath Ansicht von Potsdam, the reverse and bulbous lower section further enhanced with stylised foliage, the foot with matt vermiculated striped decoration, on square plinth (some restoration to the foot)
