Edo period (19th century), the first inscribed Iwamoto Konkan and with kao (cursive monogram), the second signed Echizen ju Kinai
Comprising a rounded-rectangular copper tanto tsuba finished with an ishime-ji ground and decorated with Shoki looking up at two demons in the clouds in iroe takazogan; a circular iron openwork tsuba designed with lotus leaves and scrolling vines with gold inlays; an openwork iron tsuba designed with a Manzai dancer and young pines, details gold inlay
