A Scalloped Small Celadon Bowl
Koryo dynasty (13th century)
Moulded in the form of a flower and incised on each of the interior petals with scalloped clouds surrounding a center roundel of three chrysanthemum florets in white slip and white and iron-slip birds within successive bands of white-slip lines and pulloch'o and white and iron-slip scallops; the exterior panels inlaid in white and iron slip with double-chrysanthemums; covered overall by a greyish green celadon glaze
