Finely cast reclining on a rectangular plinth, richly adorned with multiple belled necklaces and a lace-like chain skirt, with an inscription in Oriya on the base

Lot Essay

The Telugu inscription on the base says that a devotee by the name 'Bachchu Venkatrayudu' humbly offered the sculpture to Lord Sree Jagadishvara Swami, a form of Lord Siva that is literally translated as 'Lord God of the manifest world'.
