The rectangular case veneered à quatre faces and fitted with
carrying handles, the hinged top enclosing a panelled interior with a
lidded well, above a pair of doors decorated to the reverse with
hunting scenes in Ruinenarchitectur landscapes and enclosing seven similarly decorated drawers and four simulated drawers arranged around a pair of cupboard doors, enclosing a panelled interior, the doors with restored shrinkage splits and subsequent veneer-replacements to the
door panels, on a later ebonised stand with spirally turned supports
and stretchers
