A late 18th-Century French faience drug jar and cover,
of cylindrical form, with content label for EXT. CARD. BENED and decorated with blue, green and red serpents, foliage and bow, with black-lining to edges, the flat cover with knop finial -- 14cm. (5½in.) high; and two 19th-Century French faience drug jars and covers, of cylindrical form (one with hair line crack to the interior), the content labels for EXT:MENIANT. and EXT:CICHOR:SY: framed by a pair of intertwined green serpents, with borders of red and green stylized floral decoration to the rim and lid, the domed lid with red and green finial (one cover restored), each -- 24.8cm.
