Titles printed in red and black, engraved portrait frontispiece, 50 engraved maps by Robert Morden and 10 engraved plates (lightly washed, some light staining, one text leaf torn without loss, a few other mainly marginal tears but one affecting map of Surrey and title of vol. II). Later roan (extremities lightly rubbed, lightly scuffed, new endpapers). Provenance: Free Public Library, Kingston-upon-Thames (library stamps throughout).
