The padded serpentine back and outscrolled arms covered in pale cream and grey printed cotton with architectural designs, above a calico-covered padded seat, with dished seat rails on moulded square legs joined by stretchers, probably originally with triple-dished seat

Probably supplied to John Tabor (1728-1815) and by descent in the Tabor family, Bovingdon Hall, Bocking, Braintree, Essex and Fennes, Braintree, Essex.
