CIRCA 1785, BLUE AMSTEL MARKS, INCISED
Finely painted with landscape scenes with shepherds and shepherdesses surrounded by their cattle, cows and sheep, the intricate gilt borders with intertwined garlands and beaded garlands, comprising: a cylindrical teapot and cover with à la Grecque handle, 19 cm. wide, a baluster milk-jug, a sugar-bowl and cover, a slop-bowl, 21 cm. diam., a pattipan, nine teabowls and saucers (25)
