The oblong blue velvet case containing: an oblong cut-glass inkwell with silver-gilt engraved mount with unscrewable cover and set with turquoise beads, an identical case with lift-off cover, a chalcedony and gold pen-holder, bodkin, pen-knife, signet, gold pencil-holder and thimble, all set with turquoise beads
