of brick and stone paper and slate mansard roof of three bays and two storeys with attic, opening in three sections to reveal four main and two attic rooms, hall, staircase and landing, with interior doors, original range, dresser and most floor and wallpapers; restoration including balcony, some interior paper removed, marked on the bottom in ink "138/6" with Christian Hacker stamp -32in. (81cm.) high x 28in. (72cm.) wide x 15½in. (40cm.) deep; furnishings and chattles including: gilt metal chandelier, picture frames, tazza and candlesticks, printed and painted paper on wood part bed set, printed tin plates, English varnished wood coal scuttle, soft metal mangle, table and dressing table, tinplate washstand with screen and painted wood part teaset
