THE VERY RARE SIXTH EDITION, "the rarest issue of the series" according to A.D. Taylor in 1906, a view which Goldman shared. It originally sold, not inexpensively, for one shilling and sixpence. The Eagar copy, in red morocco with the original blue wrappers bound in, established a world record when it sold for £18,000 in these rooms last year (Christie's, The Library of E.D.R.
