woodengraving, 1949, on thin laid paper, signed in pencil, inscribed with dedication Voor ,,Zuster Joke'', met dank voor veel goede zorgen, Laren, 5-XII-'70, with margins, four pencil markings in the sheet corners, an erased pencil notation in the lower sheet margin, inkstaining in the left sheet corner, the upper sheet corners glued to the passepartout, the sheet edges unevenly cut, the framing done by the artist

Provenance
This woodengraving was a gift from the artist to one of the senior nurses in the Rosa Spier Huis, where the artist spent the last years of his life.
