Tasting Note: Cabernet Sauvignon 78 Cabernet Franc 4 and Merlot 18 First tasted alongside the '98 - a similar colour, more fleshy fruit, ripe Cabernet and oak. Very sweet, hovering between lissom and plump ripeness. Deep, velvety; 'toasted' Cabernet aroma that opened up beautifully.
