With slender blade of flattened diamond section etched with a saltire within a shaped square on both sides of the ricasso, iron hilt of flattened bars, including a pair of strongly drooping quillons with swelling tips, inner-guard with thumb-ring, elliptical pommel flattened front and rear, and early spirally moulded wire-bound grip (wear and pitting throughout).
