With engraved skeletonised pink gold jewelled lever movement, the skeletonised dial with applied baton numerals, outer pulsometric scale, two engine-turned ivory subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 30 minutes register, in cushion-shaped case with Vacheron Constantin and two chronograph buttons in the band, glazed display back secured by four screws, together with a platinum Vacheron Constantin double deployant clasp, case and dial signed

This watch is number 6 of a very limted edition of 10 examples produced in the platinum skeletonised version. A total of 170 examples were produced in the Medicus series.
