The incurved rectangular back with stylized scroll-carved crestrail above a padded back, sides and loose cushion seat covered in brown velvet, the dowswept arms carved with stylized foliage, on sabre legs with associated ormolu caps, with pencil inscription '8' to front interior of seatrail, previously but not originally with casters
