Designed as alternating sapphire and hessonite garnet collets to the X-shaped old-cut diamond openwork pattern framed to the one side by a line of cushion-shaped rubies with alternating emerald and pearl detail, to the other side by a line of cushion-shaped emeralds with ruby and pearl detail, 18.0 cm long, with French assay mark for gold
Pearls have not been tested for natural origin
