A BOW BLUE AND WHITE OCTAGONAL PLATTER AND TWO DISHES
Circa 1755
The oblong octagonal platter and one of the dishes painted in the 'Golfer and Caddy Boy' pattern, the rim with a blue scalloped band, 10in. (27.3cm.) wide and 7in. (19.7cm.) diam., respectively; the second octagonal dish in the 'Junping Boy' pattern, the well with 'precious gifts', the border with a band of trellis and half-flowerheads, 6.7/8in. (17.5cm.) diam.
