LONDON, 1684, MAKER'S MARK TS IN MONOGRAM CROWNED
Tapering circular and with a moulded base and a scroll handle, the flat hinged cover with an openwork double dolphin thumbpiece, engraved with a coat-of-arms, the handle engraved with initials 'T.W', the base engraved with an inscription, marked near handle, on cover and on handle
7¼ in. (18.4 cm.) high
30 oz. (930 gr.)
The arms are those of Winship.
The inscription reads 'The Gift of Ye Owners of ye Shipp St. Peter Octo 19 1685: To T.P.'
