Finely painted in bright tones of cobalt-blue to simulate 'heaping and piling', the interior medallion with an exotic central flower-head surrounded by stylised lotus blooms borne on a single vine, enclosed by double-circles and repeated on the everted mouthrim, the exterior similarly decorated with a lotus scroll
