Her head inclined slightly to her right, depicted with her center-parted hair rolled back from her forehead, tied in a band and bound in a sakkos covering the sides of her head, a chignon at the nape of her neck, her parted hair visible between the fabric of the sakkos along the crown of her head, her oval face with thickly-lidded eyes, fleshy lips and a pointed chin
