A pair of bronze figural pricket candlesticks, 19th century
each standing figure on a stepped pierced hexagonal platform with one hand on hip and the other supporting the hexafoil receptacle enclosing the pricket rising from a vase applied with a coling dragon, with 'foreign' facial features, draped with a long flowing scarf and adorned with a necklace, the lower body dressed in a skirt under the protruding belly -- maximum 10 3/8in. (26.4cm.) high (2)
